Shipping policy
All orders are shipped through USPS. Please allow 1-7 days for us to process your order. It will take 1-5 business days for your order to get to you after we have processed it. Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping. Meaning we do not ship during those times. Orders placed after 4:45 pm Monday-Friday, on the weekends, and during the holidays will not be processed until the next business day. *Most of our products are preorder because we are a preorder based business. We will have most of our inventory on hand soon though*
Processing Times & Shipping Rates:
The processing time for ON HAND PRODUCTS is 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday)
The processing time for PREORDER ITEMS is 1-21 business days (Monday-Friday) *Our main supplier is located across the world so it takes time to receive items!*
*We have stated in each of our products description if it is an preorder item or not. If it doesn't say preorder item it is on hand with us!*
First Class Shipping: 1-5 days (US Only)
Priority Mail: 1-3 days (US Only)
First Class International: 7-21 days (Rest of World)
Priority Mail International: 6-10 days (Rest of World)
Preorders: When you purchase a product that needs to be preordered, it will take 2-3 weeks *16 days approximately* to get to you (depending on what the product is). *You will be emailed after we have preordered your item from our supplier. We order all preordered items once we have received the payment from your order.*
Important: Once we've dropped your order off at our local post office your order is not in our hands anymore. If you need tracking information simply check your email for it. We also recommend getting in contact with USPS if you need additional help. Again, that is when your order isn't in our hands anymore!
We understand how important your order is to you. And we want all of our luxe babes to receive their order in a timely manner. When ordering, please be sure to correctly enter your address, name, contact information, etc. to prevent any displays and/or lost packages. If an order is returned back to us due to an incomplete address, multiple delivery attempts, etc. customers are responsible for the reshipment fee. Customers can purchase a reshipment label here on our site. Customers have ONE WEEK to provide use with the correct address before we sell the return products sent back to us! We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
